Enriocco began taking ballet classes at age 3 and would continue for the next 12 years, performing in venues around the UK including Her Majesty's Theatre in London's West End. During that time she also performed within youth wind ensembles on clarinet whilst learning to play piano. At 15 Gabriella began acting, taking private drama classes which would continue till she graduated in 2019 with a first-class BA Hons in Theatre & Performance Practice. During this time she founded a professional theatre company, donating performance proceeds to charity and scripting, producing and directing her own immersive pieces.

Enriocco trained under the likes of director David Crowley (Aiysha, Hollyoaks), llly Hill (Institute of Directors), Sky Arts producer Helen Mason and actors Erin Shanagher (Peaky Blinders), Deane Smith (Ridley Scott's The Founding, Snatch, The Last Kingdom), Sue Jenkins (Brookside), David Fleeshman (War Horse), LIPPA's Jake Norton and many more.  She has performed at venues such as The Lowry, Manchester, been featured in national ad campaigns, music videos and has over 25 professional acting credits which also includes: indie films, shorts, animated movies and voice over work.

In autumn of 2020 Enriocco was a finalist in The World Monologue Games, outperforming over 3000 global contestants.
